Education Qualification:

I.Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil (Including IT, Optical, Electronics and Plastics Trades) - Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/ Institution.

II.Metallurgical/ Leather/ Chemical (Including Environmental Science and Technology, Rubber and Polymers Trades) - Master’s Degree in Chemistry from recognized university/ Institution OR Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/ Institution.

III.Clothing - Candidate must possess Master’s Degree in Chemistry from recognized university/ Institution OR Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the respective field from a recognized university/ Institution OR M.Sc. degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing or Garment Technology from a recognized University.

IV.Information Technology - Candidate must be Masters in computer application from recognized university/ Institution OR Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/ Institution

Selection Process : 75% of the vacancies will be recruit by promotion while 15% of the vacancies will be filled by Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), and 10% of the vacancies will be filled by Direct Recruitment after adjustment of surplus and transfer from equivalent posts.
