AIESL Recruitment 2016 - 45 Senior Executive, Executive Posts

Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) (A Wholly owned Subsidiary of Air India Limited) has published a notification for Contractual Appointment of Management Personnel in the areas of Marketing, HR, Finance, MMD, IT and Engineering Facilities (EFD) on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis.Walk-in-interview will be held on 1st August 2016 for selection of posts.

Emoluments:
  • Senior Executives : Starting all inclusive emolument offered Rs. 1.5 lakh per month. 
  • Executives : Starting all inclusive emolument offered would be Rs. 80,000/- per month

Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 Years for Executives and 48 Years for Senior Executives as on 25th July 2016.

Education Qualification

(a) Senior Executive (Marketing) - Candidate must possess MBA or equivalent in Marketing having minimum 10 years of service experience in Marketing

(b) Senior Executive (Finance) - Candidate must possess CA/MBA or equivalent in Finance having minimum 10 years of service experience in Finance.

(c) Senior Executive (HR) - Candidate must possess MBA or equivalent in HR having minimum 10 years of service experience in HR.

(d) Executives (Marketing) - Candidate must possess MBA or equivalent in marketing preferably having minimum 05 years of post-qualification working experience in Marketing

(e) Executives (HR) - Candidate must possess MBA or equivalent in HR having minimum 05 years of service experience in HR.

(f) Executives (Finance) - Candidate must possess MBA/ CA/ ICWA or equivalent in Finance having minimum 05 years of service experience in Finance.

(g) Executives (MMD) - Candidate must possess MBA or equivalent in Materials Management having minimum 05 years of service experience in Material Management department

(h) Executives (IT) - Candidate must possess B.E / B.Tech in Computer Sciences / Electronic / IT having minimum 05 years of service experience in IT.

(i) Executives (EFD) - Candidate must possess B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Industrial Production having minimum 05 years of service experience in the field of Engineering facilities.

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/- through A/c Payee Demand Draft in Favour of "Air India Engineering Service Limited" payable at Delhi. No Fee charges for Ex Servicemen/ SC/ ST candidates.

Selection Process will consist of Group Discussion followed by Walk-in-Interview which will be held on 1st August 2016 (Extended from 25th July 2016) between 0900 hours and 1600 Hours at Air India Engineering Services Limited, Office of General Manager (Engineering), Northern Region New Avionics Complex Terminal -2, I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi- 110037.

Candidates can attend walk-in-interview along with dully filled in application form in specified format along with a recent coloured passport size photograph, self-attested copies of documents in support of Educational qualification, Experience, Caste, Date of Birth etc, Demand Draft
